I have a supportive team behind me that challenges me to learn new tasks and supports me along the way when I need help! Æ truly cares about their employees and over the years we have become a 100 % employee owned ESOP, created an improved Safety Culture dedicated to keeping all of us safe, improved transparency between upper management and the business side of things to all employees, increased wage equity, developed a DEI Committee to increase our culture and awareness of important topics in the world! I am a vested owner and Æ grew the system that helped me realize that when I do well, we all do well! I have a voice in the company that I am grateful to be an owner in!

As with most contract CRM work, flexibility is an important trait to have and continue to grow as projects fluctuate and we work hard to flex our backlog work so that all staff have full-time billable work. This can sometimes be taxing and stressful but knowing that I have a supportive team behind me creates an atmosphere where I feel confident flexing my knowledge and also know that I will always have help when I need it.

This company does have high standards of work and has some excellent people in the field and low-level management. You can learn about how to do excellent CRM fieldwork in at this company from some, but not all project managers and field personnel. Compensation is slightly better than average in this industry but forget about raises other than cost of living.

The upper management has extremely poor communication skills and routinely doesn't listen unless you are a favorite employee or have been there 5+ years. They also don't realize that they have created a vitriolic company culture in which mid-level project managers have to "throw people under the bus" when there is a problem. Promotions seem to be based on favoritism not skill. Training is negligible. They expect people to come to the job with all the skills and then fire you if you don't perform to expectations. If it suits them for expedient reasons, upper management will fire you with short notice (<1 week), even if you are salaried. Word of advice- communicate only via email if possible. If not, follow up every telephone and face-to-face conversation with an email reviewing the conversation so everyone is on the same page.
