Æ truly cares about their employees and over the years we have become a 100 % employee owned ESOP, created an improved Safety Culture dedicated to keeping all of us safe, improved transparency between upper management and the business side of things to all employees, increased wage equity, developed a DEI Committee to increase our culture and awareness of important topics in the world! I am a vested owner and Æ grew the system that helped me realize that when I do well, we all do well! I have a voice in the company that I am grateful to be an owner in!

As with most contract CRM work, flexibility is an important trait to have and continue to grow as projects fluctuate and we work hard to flex our backlog work so that all staff have full-time billable work. This can sometimes be taxing and stressful but knowing that I have a supportive team behind me creates an atmosphere where I feel confident flexing my knowledge and also know that I will always have help when I need it.
