I have been working at Appifylab for over 2.5 years, and overall, the experience has been very positive. Some Pros: ✅ Great company culture – everyone is friendly, supportive, and helpful. ✅ Good work-life balance with weekly 2 days off. ✅ Timely increments and salary is always on time (within the 5th of every month). ✅ Amazing and growing products. ✅ Canteen facility with free lunch, unlimited tea and coffee. ✅ All government holidays are observed. ✅ No internal politics, very healthy work environment. I would definitely recommend Appifylab to anyone considering joining. Sometimes you may see negative comments, but not everyone shares the same intention or perspective. If you are talented and focused, you’ll naturally get what you deserve here without needing to prove yourself unnecessarily. From my experience, some people who complain often struggle with maintaining work balance or adapting to responsibilities, which is not a reflection of the company itself. Appifylab offers the same (and sometimes better) benefits compared to other companies. The biggest plus is that salaries are always paid on time, strictly within the 5th of the month, which everyone really appreciates. On top of that, the company provides lunch in the canteen, cooked by a hygienic and experienced chef, along with unlimited tea and coffee.

🔴 No game zone or recreational area yet 🔴 Management should be more approachable, friendly, and supportive. 🔴 HR team needs more experienced professionals who understand roles, team conditions, and employee needs.

I’ve been working at Appifylab for over 3 years now, and I’m genuinely happy with my experience. Like every company, there’s always a bit of noise here and there, but what truly matters is on-time salary, timely increments, and a positive environment, and Appifylab delivers on all of that consistently. Pros iv got: Supportive and approachable CEO and management. On-time salary (always paid by the 5th of the month). Timely increments and fair recognition for hard work. Healthy free lunch from the company canteen and unlimited tea, coffee, and green tea. Good flexibility and a friendly work culture. No office politics, everyone is helpful and cooperative. I also really appreciate that some of my friends work here too, and they share the same positive experience. If you ever feel confused by one or two negative reviews, I’d say, just like your five fingers aren’t the same, not everyone has the same mindset. Some people spread negativity even when they don’t contribute much.

No game zone or indoor recreation area yet. No team outings or yearly picnics, it would be great if the company could arrange one!
