The work environment can be hostile. Leaders have been known to send out inappropriate all-staff emails that were religious in nature and political without regard to the opinions or beliefs of the recipients. Yelling and cursing in meetings goes unchecked. Owners - a couple - verbally fight in front of clients. Many new hires are improperly screened and brought on merely because the top leadership "likes" them only to find - months later - they are dead weight and should never have been brought on board in the first place. This churn creates a massive drag on the real talent in the organization and sends a bad message to employees and clients alike. Very large turnover rate should send a message to any potential new candidates. Last, as the other "good" review points out, this company embraces nepotism and that isn't necessarily a good thing.
