Pros
Honestly, there weren’t many positives, but the defined hours of operation at least provided some structure to the day. The schedule was consistent and predictable, which made it easier to plan around, even though flexibility was limited and stepping away outside of designated times, like lunch, wasn’t really an option.
Kontras
Working at Signature Labor Services came with several serious challenges that made it a difficult environment to succeed in. There was a noticeable lack of respect for employees, which often showed up in the form of poor communication, dismissive behavior, and at times, what felt like harassment rather than support. Expectations were inconsistent and frequently shifted without clear direction, making it nearly impossible to perform confidently or plan ahead. Leadership lacked transparency and accountability, which created confusion and frustration across the board. There was also little regard for employee well-being, with rigid policies, minimal flexibility, and a culture that did not prioritize trust or professional growth. Overall, the environment felt more reactive than strategic, which ultimately made it unsustainable.
