401k is unbelievable! The company gives you 5% of eligible wages with no employee contribution. You then can receive an additional 3% if you continue 4% on your own. Did I mention this is uncapped!?
Also, they have really great fertility coverage. This was a big reason why I chose this company as I had multiple offers - the other companies didn’t even compare. They were offering $25k lifetime which is pretty much 1 treatment cycle for IVF. There is no maximum at Analog, depending on the plan you will have deductibles and out of pocket maxes. This definitely has eliminated a financial stress from my family, in an already stressful situation.
