Pros
Most of the pro points are gone long time ago . once upon a time there was good work culture and employee value , not anymore after it has grown strength to multiple times in few years.
Kontras
People here does not know what to do and why to do. As there are home grown managers are at high post extremely nepotism takes place while promoting people . No salary revision after 2019 though company revenue went up double figures. As most of it's customers are non technical fat people , there's no care of changing the technology .
