Diverse work, gains exposure to many systems and processes

Payroll is always strict and deadlines need to be met no matter what

The people are good. It is a nice clean environment to work in.

Morale is very low. Employees are leaving and they are not backfilling positions. Adds a lot of stress out on the floor.
