      Pay is good, work life balance is usually ok, the PTO policy atleast in CA is also pretty good (I've been here 3 years and I can take up to 6 weeks)

      bad leadership, leadership often makes poor choices with the direction of products, and doesn't push back on customers, it puts all of the burden on the actual engineers.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
