      - working with top of the game Hardware -getting to test new technologies

      - the physical security is a joke. it has no idea what is doing. The Physical Security team (not Software security) get to take the decisions on the technical and Operations related issues, but they dont have technical training at all. Because of this a lot of issues and blockers arise.
