1. You get to learn and improvise large scale complex distributed systems 2. Small "2-pizza" size teams makes it easy to draw goals and work towards it(read as - not just goals coming from top levels) 3. Competitive compensation matching other FAAN and beating G most of the time 4. You can see majority of the people working towards Customer Obsession, and very few with "vest & rest" attitude. 5.
