Very fair and rigorous hiring practices lead to awesome hires and a very diverse, stimulating workforce. I’ve had team mates with all kinds of personal and professional backgrounds, and the most common thing about everybody is the relentless self motivation. I’ve also found moving internally to be very easy, so long as you have a good track record and maintain good relationships with your team/managers.

It’s a very isolated working culture, not very collaborative. Folks are expected to drive their own initiatives, and with aggressive goals set, it almost always feels like you’re fighting against the current.
