Pros
They only care about billing, the greatest pro is if you get a good project and that's pretty hard, most of the project require extra hours (non paid) or crazy clients.
Kontras
There's a lot of rotation, they only care about billing. They say they have benefits but there's almost impossible to get one. You need to let them know you're taking a vacation two months in advance and sometimes they say no. There is no clear way to grow on the company or to change projects if you ask for it. There's no HR department, they only do recruitement.
