Thank you for your feedback. Any time a company moves in a new direction that change can feel unfamiliar or even frustrating to some. Under new leadership we've continued to grow. With that growth, we've also continued to expand our benefits. Our PTO policy is no longer use it or lose it, and allows employees to accrue and even get paid out un-redeemed PTO if they wish. And beginning in 2018 we've expanded that policy to add another five paid holidays (including two floating holidays) and an extra day of PTO. We continue to review our benefits package and every position's compensation on a regular basis to make sure we're providing a comprehensive and competitive employment package to our valued team. There is no merit to any notions that Alpha-Tec will shut down. I sincerely hope that our continued growth and determined effort to expand our benefits are evidence of that.
