1. There is massive office politics and senior employees have a total backbiting approach and very unethical. They can ignore junior employees messages whenever they want but want junior employees to be available all the time. One manger will say one thing and another completely another. There is no respect for human emotions and sensitivity. 2. Work pressure is very erratic and unrealistic deadlines . 3. There is no KT or any kind of training. There is no documentation at all in the company. 4. Seems like no one in the company has proper knowledge of what's happening in the company and where is company headed. 5. 0 innovation and research, and negative attitude towards any kind of new solution or approach provided to solving problems. 6. 0 perks. 7. Leaves not granted properly. 8. There is no growth and learning. Bad projects. 9. Poor Pay 10. Bad work ethics and no respect for human values and emotions.
