Leading By Example: Every member of the management team has been in the field and put in years of real experience, providing them with a clear understanding of how to structure and operate a moving company in the most efficient way possible. This is exemplified in every aspect of the company: the hiring process, pay structures, benefit programs, equipment and facilities, training, and day-to-day operations. All Service Moving has created a very dynamic company culture in which employees can voice their opinions and really contribute to the company as a whole. ASM has also been greatly focused this past year on developing a culture based on safety and sustainability. There are weekly meetings held by the safety committee to inform, discuss, and enforce current safety practices. This ensures that employees are working smart, avoiding injury, and staying physically fit. ASM is also one of few companies in the industry with a sustainability plan spanning over the next 3 years and has been recently recognized by the City of Portland for this initiative. All-in-all, All Service Moving is a promising company and I would highly recommend it.

The obvious: Hard work, physically demanding, lots of hours and some long days. Not so obvious: No paid holidays or vacation time, fast-growing company so it can be extremely fast-paced and stressful, you will feel overworked at times.
