Pros
Health insurance is good. If there is bad weather and you have to go into work, you get to wear jeans.
Kontras
They place people in leadership roles that should NOT be leading people. They wonder why the employee turnover is getting bad. If you’re one minute late or early you will get written up. Regional and branch managers are very “clique-ish” and gossip a lot. It reminds me of high school. Employees are not a priority. The culture has diminished drastically!
