poor leadership in mortgage dept. no support, no guidance on anything. basically set on your own. Lots of negativity from other employees, very toxic work environment. Manger seems to be more concerned with their projects than ensuring the success of others. more intent on documenting mistakes than helping people succeed. this would explain high level of attrition. low pay for work required.
