There are no perks or pros to working for Alida. They have summer hours but this was originally a marketing ploy for hiring as full 4 day work week was launched and taken away..they then told us they never intended to have it full time but that's not what they told the media.. scammers!

Oh where to begin with the cons of this soul crushing company. Let's start with constant rounds of layoffs, always worried you'll be next. Zero job security and constant staffing cuts across the organization as the upper leadership points fingers to try and hide their own failures . The CEO and upper management are clueless to what's going on with the product and staff and have no actual strategy besides going back to the original vision for the product from ten years ago after countless failures to make waves in the market.
