Pros
- The onboarding process is straightforward, flexible and allows you to very quickly feel like a part of the team. [especially great since the work is predominantly remote and I started working while in lockdown] - Managers are approachable, frank, understanding, and adaptable to your working style. I've also felt like the managers care about personal growth and development, which was unexpected but made me feel very welcome and comfortable sharing ideas and contributing to projects. - You have a lot of control over how you structure your day and complete your tasks. It gives you a sense of ownership over every project/campaign you are a part of and makes you feel like a significant part of the company's successes. - The office space is amazing and has great energy. There's also plenty of free coffee that can keep you going. The option to work from home means flexibility around other commitments.
Kontras
The experience has been really positive so far and I was pleasantly surprised by how friendly the team is. I have been beaten a few times at Klask, which hasn't been fun but I am going to work on developing those skills. It would have been nice to meet everyone in person but the national lockdown has limited those opportunities.
