Pros
I have to write pro's. The biggest pro was the day ending. This might be normal for office jobs, but this was my first and last, and it was horrific.
Kontras
Team Leader was horrible, and felt they had it out for me since the start. I interview was conducted by 2 different Team Leaders and I expressed at that point I wanted to be on their teams - they seemed like fair people unlike the one I ended up with. I reported their behaviour to HR who quickly shoved it under, and made up some lines about what I could do to avoid it etc.
