Started as a temp- didn't get a raise when hired fulltime Threatened to quit and they finally gave me that raise which is customary when going from temp to fulltime. Second time tried to quit I was pulled aside and made to feel insecure about potential employers in the future. As if my skill set wasn't sought after. -Political arguments are everywhere.
