Perhaps I was at a bad site. Customer literally did rocket science during the race to the moon. Facility now mostly a depressing shadow of its former self. Local union is broken. Building mostly empty. Only management left are those that are the most ruthless.
In nine months of employment, went through four site managers. A career record for me by far. ATS workers thrown under the the bus at the drop of a hat to appease the customer. One person was fired while on disability.
Metrics was everything. If an activity had no place on a PowerPoint presentation, it was of no value.
