This places churns out employees. Senior management has no qualms about making employees work excessive hours, to meet latest production quota goals. This is the case in most departments. You have to be willing to do the job of two people (at less than market salary of one person).
Results in lots of mistakes, customer complaints, less cash coming in and vendors calling non-stop to collect payments. Very, very stressful.
