Nothing as of now. It's almost a startup so, that's kind of a downfall.

I've been with AdTechCorp for over 3 years as a UI/UX and Visual Designer, and it's been one of the most fulfilling phases of my career. The company truly values design and user experience – something that's often missing in tech-first organizations. From day one, I was trusted with meaningful projects that impacted product direction and user engagement. Work-life balance is exceptional – deadlines are realistic, there’s flexibility in work hours, and a genuine respect for personal time. I’ve been able to maintain creative energy without burnout, which is rare in this industry.

Design systems and processes have improved a lot, but there’s still room for more standardization across teams. Also, more visibility into long-term product roadmaps would help align design efforts earlier.
