They want to have you like an interpreter, recruiter, scheduler, PM, billing assistant, social media cheerleader, call other interpreters to see availability, with the same pay (which for people in South America and Eastern Europe is quite low, even for those countries), to later claim that they are having problems with govt shortcuts, late payments from clients, billing department backlog, restructuring of the company/department, problems with the payment processing platform, to not pay you in the end once they run out of excuses (not even pay late, they directly don't pay you, deactivate your accounts and ignore you.) I wouldn't even consider that I learned much about the industry (if I want to be a volunteer and work for no pay, I would have gone to a community center) as their values to run a business are awful and dishonest, and they don't operate normally. There is always jumping here and there, not finishing stuff, changing where you work, what you do, and everyone is literally running on their feet all the time, no processes, no automations, no structure, it's literal chaos. After working at another company that provides the same services, I could finally learn something about the industry.
