This was genuinely the worst onboarding experience I’ve had with any company. The payment system they require simply did not work, and despite reaching out repeatedly, I got almost no response. Emails ignored, calls unanswered, voicemail full or “busy,” and the main office promised a callback that never happened. It felt impossible to get basic support. The onboarding training was just as bad — six hours with no breaks, no real interaction allowed, and a tone that came off condescending and dismissive. We were talked to like children, and reasonable questions weren’t actually addressed. The entire process felt unprofessional, disrespectful, and totally chaotic. In my opinion, this company is extremely disorganized and seems to have no regard for people’s time or professionalism. I walked away from the experience shocked at how poorly everything was handled.

They consistently pay late and often do not pay for all the work completed during a given pay period. Recently, they have gone months without paying at all, and when payments are made, they amount to less than 30% of what is actually owed. Communication is extremely poor, if not nonexistent. Their call platform and billing system lack transparency, making it difficult to track work performed and payments received.
