      You will get an experience of not to ever work with a start up even if the start ups are good .

      Poor leadership and Kiddish managers Psychotic founders No active projects It’s a sinking ship . Advice to people who are joining the company - if you want to have a good career do not join this company .

      Pros

      I have been at Acronotics for a year now and have greatly enjoyed my experience thus far. Being at a smaller firm has allowed me to step into roles that would have taken years to earn at the larger firm I came from. Great team and amazing experience.
