Training is subpar/ nonexistent. You are essentially told to start taking calls and learn through experience. There is much confusion as to which jobs can be booked and which cant and employees are constantly left in the dark unless you know the right person. The dispatcher is unfriendly and gets annoyed even if you ask the simplest of questions. The company environment is largely unprofessional and will remind you of a drama filled high school. The company treats employees in the call center as disposable and leaves no room for advancement. Very high turnover rate in the call center, I have been through 3 complete changes of staff in the 6 months I worked there. Don't waste your time at this company, you won't want to work here for long.
