      Pros

      - Good work atmosphere - Good mentoring at the project - Fast promotions (I got promoted 2 times in 3 years) - Steep learning curve (still learning new technical things) - Interesting developments (in SAP ABAP area) - Can get a project apartment - Awesome project parties - New mobile and laptop as work devices - Employee Share program

      - Go-live phases can be quite stressful - onsite present is sometimes required although home office would be better for work performance (depends on the project), especially in big cities, travel time can be quite annoying as Deutsche Bahn is basically almost always late - salary is ok but not that great

      There are a lot of pros working for Accenutre. They have great career opportunities, a never ending supply of interesting work, competitive compensation, wonderful benefits, great people, wonderful training programs, a tremendous number of brilliant professionals in their fields ready to help, and great core values.

      Kontras

      This is not an opportunity for those that do not want to work. At Accenture everyone has a load of work to do and often times under very tight customer time lines. It is a challenge that I enjoy but many might find it stressful.
