      No pros as of my experience.

      Kontras

      No PF. No insurance. Full time camera should be on even if you are looking at your keyboard they'll ask if you are on your phone. They don't push new comers. No systematic work by the company and wants the employee to do every work.

      Remote, Appraisal and Increments, good work culture
