Great annual leave package Good starting salary - however does not get better from there Good for first-time careers as an introduction to the corporate world, but need to move on if you want to develop further Good team members

Under resourced, makes it hard to develop your career. A lot of blockers in place to further your career. Poor pay increases once you have joined - don't expect your pay to increase with your roles/responsibilities. Also, poor yearly increases. Don't agree with several values - they can promote contradictory behaviour. Very few managers give you direct responses, bad for giving politicians answers.
