At Abbott Vascular, you will learn about the process of developing medical devices, the various agencies involved in getting devices approved, the many aspects of the business environment that effect product decisions and the politics of a medical device company.

Kontras

Abbott Vascular is not interested in supporting R&D and as a result hardly any products reach the launch stage. Middle management is self-serving and do not work in the best interest of the business - there are very few manager remaining who work in the interest of the company to support their best employees. They would rather demoralize anyone who appears to show strengths that they themselves do not have.
