Salary and benefits were excellent. Some interesting and challenging projects to work on. Variety of job types, functions, and roles.
Kontras
Inconsistent policies between managers and application of within work groups for things such as flex-time, work schedules, time off, etc. Management styles tend to be extreme - either super harsh or super nice personnas. Much infighting among employees due to various expertise (or lack thereof) levels and undue favoritism and rewards.
