- incredibly kind and understanding work culture - summer hours with abbreviated Fridays - mostly remote work - helpful team - mixture of new blood and veterans

- lack of diversity in all aspects - salary and benefits aren't great

Pros

Some good colleagues, good office location, mission-driven.

Kontras

Too many leadership change and weak executives. Few people actually understand quality. Members can be really mean to deal with. The new AMS is a mess and making jobs harder and execs are lying about it or just don't know what an AMS is supposed to do. Lots of turnover of good employees and weak ones never are dealt with.
