The environment is structured, performance-driven, and focused on continuous improvement, which helped me strengthen my discipline and professionalism. I would especially like to recognize our Recruitment Manager, Angela, for her leadership and guidance. She set clear expectations, provided constructive feedback, and maintained high standards while still being supportive. Her approach encouraged accountability and helped me improve my critical thinking, communication, and decision-making skills in recruitment tasks. The team culture promotes collaboration, independence, and ownership of responsibilities. Although the pace can be demanding, it prepares you well for real-world recruitment and remote work environments. Overall, my experience with the team and mentors at ASG Platform significantly contributed to my professional growth, and I’m grateful for the mentorship and leadership I received during my time there.
