Senior management doesn't really care what you do, so long as it sounds like something they should do and falls into line with what they feel will work. So if you can hide under the radar and look like you're busy, happy days. Learn to make everyone think you're "smashed" and you'll be set. There are some good staff that work there. There are some great social events in Sydney, less so in Melbourne and other offices.

Salary review process, managers look after their mates and those in the boys club. Training is non-existent. Ethics of the company are questionable. Company is losing money hand over fist. See the annual report, APD are publicly listed. As someone else wrote it is hard to get investment in things like computers, WiFi etc, true statement.
