      Im incredibly proud to be a part of the team. We are driven, set ambitious goals, and everybody is incredibly high spirited and motivated. My colleagues are world-class, great human beings and make the prosect of going to an office everyday wonderful. We have an incredible leadership team with some of the most intelligent individuals who are caring, direct and highly competant. The young energy of the company is far away from corportate hell, and we're really looking to make massive changes in the market.

      We've done a lot in the robotics space, but we need to push harder and faster when it comes to things like product development, however it does already feel like we're pushing to an organisational maximum.

      - tolles Produkt zum Arbeiten, mit hoher Nachfrage auf dem Markt - coole Marken als Kunden - wettbewerbsfähiges Gehalt für ein Startup

      - schlechte Führungsausbildung für das mittlere und obere Management - eine CEO-Kultur - es scheint, dass niemand ohne seine Zustimmung Projekte vorantreiben kann - nicht skalierbar, da Teams in unnötigen Genehmigungsprozessen stecken bleiben - als einzelner Mitarbeiter scheinen Sie es nicht zu sein Man vertraut darauf, dass man seine Arbeit erledigt, in einigen Teams gibt es viel Mikromanagement – Mangel an Diversität: Das Management besteht hauptsächlich aus weißen Schweizer Männern, nur sehr wenige Frauen im Unternehmen
