Pros
Overall an amazing company to work for. All employees within the company truly want to see each other succeed. There's no corporate ladder to climb - either you have the skills or you do not. And the company will work with you (coaching, feedback, training) to develop your career at the pace you want to develop it. Company culture is huge - the owners truly want to ensure that the employees are happy. Feedback is always welcome, in all parts (i.e., work product, culture, pay, etc). Health care is paid in full by the company.
Kontras
The PA office is far from Philadelphia, making the commute to and from work painful. Given all of the benefits that the company offers, this seems like a small price to pay. The work can be exhausting at times and there's often a vibe of "get in down no matter what" (i.e., sacrifice outside of work commitments). This is understandable in most of the situations, but there's certain people within the company that you find expect this more regularly than others.
