It's clear the manager has no idea what's going on when he send you erroneous e-mails. Supervisors also don't stand up for themselves (or the people they supervise). - Pay/benefits are on the low-end. - "Skills" here do not carry over as you'll be using a proprietary software language, so don't stay here too long.
