Layoffs for next 3 years...23% of mgmt being let go - Financial Analyst bei AIG: Mitarbeiterbewertung

There were people being let go each week. Many hard working. Then they announced 23% of people are being let go. They said there's a list, but they won't say who. So people are phreaked out, on eggshells. There have been 3 meetings this week, all talking about layoffs. Not a great place to work. Worst this is only the first year of layoffs. Two more years to go!
