* Too many mistakes are made. * Continually shifting of physical spaces (office seats), recruitment policies, management positions, platforms, resources and staffing. *Turnover is WAY TO HIGH as this place is running based on a hire and fire system and has no interest in fixing the problem. *Very noticeable discrimination and favoritism. They hire based on who you know and what nationality you are. *The management is incompetent, arrogant and too inexperienced and knows nothing about Asian Business Market. *Very toxic, very passive-aggressive workplace. If you try to convey your opinion they will take everything way too far. *Most employees hardly turn up for work. extremely unmotivated and weak. *The unpaid interns are doing the “job”. There are too many of them. It is a struggle for this company to progress and they were stuck in some old approaches to organizing the company. This place is controlled by the German body, which knows nothing about the need for a different system in their Asian market and product.
