Blaming culture. Toxic and incompetent manager with unreasonable expectations (you have to take up your superior’s work in order to be qualified as meeting expectations). Poor management and lack of leadership / direction. Lack of knowledge transfer and limited development. Manager’s bad behavior was tolerated by management and HR. (Only listen to one-sided feedback from manager)
