Personal matters and opinions leak into professional decisions. Favouritism. Cliques. No natural consequences. Illegal working practices such as not facilitating planning time for teachers. Misleading visiting professionals. No consistency with regards to rules, structure, or interventions. Staff not cared for or valued.

There are supportive staff who do work hard and genuinely care about their teams.

A lot of nepotism goes on, and there are colleagues who will bully you if you don't fit in.
