Always OT, OT ,OT. Refuse to replace headcount once a staff resigned. Staff turnover rate is super high, Existing staff feel demoralize and tired for need to repeat orientation/ explaining job scope to new hired. Even the HR staff also give up , tender within months. A clear red flag. And don't get me started on the boss, AP. A very unbalance person. No sense of leadership and empathy . I got a very negative vibe from the first time I see him during the interview but because I was out of work ( retrenchment) no choice but to take on this role first. I am mentally drained due to the toxic working environment cause by AP and it is causing my mental state in a mess. I am now looking for a new role. Once I got it, I will definitely throw my resignation letter. Do not be fool by the good reviews, All the 5 stars reviews are fake !!!
