The pay does not make sense for the work that CSR's do. Management strong holds you in that spot so you cannot move up (ESPECIALLY if you're a woman). They work you like an actual dog. You will have so much on your plate every day that getting sick calls for an entire team to resent you the next day. Its toxic and its not worth it,
