Really, none. Benefits and salary are better at almost any other competitor's business.

Pay is not competitive, there is no functional Human Resource team and management is driven by local incentives without regard for employees and the customers. The environment is more of a "Good ol' boy" approach to opportunities. You are in or out depending on who you know, not your abilities.
