Where do I start? Locations owned by different owners are too close and constantly competing against each other. New locations open to the detriment of current owners. Changes are too often made and operation costs continue to go up at the expense of the franchisee. Franchise coaches are no help at all. Services are limited and most trainers are not properly trained. Too many unhappy owners and several higher level employees left the company. That says a lot.
