Worst Company to Work - Software Developer bei 3M: Mitarbeiterbewertung

Poor salary structure. Not able to provide an increment letter with final CTC in it. Company Structure is unstable. Poor hike and appraisal process. They evaluate you in three ratings only. The highest rating is impossible to get. And the hike percentage for 2024 was between 0-10%. No respect for employees working hours. No transparency in salary break-up Poor HR management. No awards and no appreciation for work. No on-site opportunities. No scope for learning. They don’t have any employees certification program. Only Udemy is free. No referral program. No internal job switch or opportunity. Worst company ever. I have been here almost since its establishment. And I am very disappointed.
