Most managers are ex military and choose to ignore the mistreatment of colleagues affected by bullying. It's a case of 'put up, shut up or leave.' Poor management and bullying throughout the company. Nice people don't stay! 2Excel Aviation regularly dismiss people at short notice, without prior warning and without a genuine reason. If bullying is reported, all levels of management and HR turn a blind eye and seek to bully the victim out rather than address the problem even if they go above and beyond with their commitment to getting the tasks done and give 110%; they are not interested in the wellbeing of victims of bullying who are made to feel isolated and worthless.
