1. You must buy your own costly system because they won’t provide one. 2. They install intrusive tracking software on your personal laptop—monitoring every movement and taking screenshots. 3. You can’t even keep personal softwares on your own device. 3. This is not a real company. They’re middlemen who make you attend interviews with US firms. If the client doesn’t pick you, you’re fired instantly. 4. Forget architecture, design, or creativity. You’ll end up doing draftsman-level, repetitive tasks that will freeze your career. 5. Your work quality depends entirely on whichever US client “matches” with you. If they give you mindless sheet-cleaning jobs, that becomes your entire role. 6. No learning, no perks, no mentorship—nothing that benefits your growth. 7. Holiday policy is insulting. Indian festival holidays promised at joining were never honoured- instead we are given holidays for US festivals 8. Out of 12 annual leaves, half are forcibly used up for Christmas and Thanksgiving. 9. After being forced to use leaves for Christmas and Thanksgiving, the remaining leaves get used up on Indian festivals — leaving us with almost nothing for personal reasons. 10. You need to apply 2 weeks in advance for a single day off, and 1 month in advance for more than 2 days. 11. They promise frequent salary hikes, then back out with the most absurd excuses. Mine: “Your previous hike was too high.”

CEO has no clear vision. Changes his mind every five seconds. Is verbally abusive to people who work for him, or who are potential customers of his. The training for your position will be minimal, if any at all. You will get nothing but positive feedback from your direct manager, and be fired with no warning and no explanation, simply because the CEO does not know what he's doing. He is looking to hire people to build something for him, and then replace everyone with overseas workers or AI technology.
